Case Study: Digital Staff Incentive Programme
The Challenge
To educate staff within the independent electrical retail channel and reward them for selling Samsung TV packages over and above other brands.
The Strategy
We created a motivational digital incentive programme – Samsung Rewards – using KHWS proprietary software. Our online scheme provides training tips, information downloads and rewards for selling selected Samsung products – TVs, Cameras and White Goods.
The Results
Well over 70% of the independent channel is already signed up to Samsung Rewards, with more joining every month. More importantly, over 50% of the rewards claimed are for sales of high-end TVs – 55” and 60” – proving a significant upsell of Samsung products as a direct result of our programme.
