Job Title: Account Director

Brief Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Account Director to lead one of our automotive teams. Our Client, ExxonMobil, have big ambitions for 2018, and this team will be responsible for establishing and maintaining ExxonMobil’s global vision, and EMEA’s execution for their automotive service centres and workshop offers. As ExxonMobil’s trusted advisor we have been chosen as their global and local agency lead, so the clients are relying on you to lead projects with partner agencies. Due to this global remit, the role will involve some travel to Germany and Russia. A Russian or German speaker would be ideal!

The AD must have the ability to lead strategic projects globally, whilst understanding repercussions locally, and lead a team to manage a global digital platform where regular enhancements and new applications are being developed and integrated.

You will manage of team of 4 driven and ambitious individuals looking for a great leader who can provide strategic direction and really allow them to shine.

Here at KHWS, a great AD is the lynchpin of account management; a super pivotal role with heaps of accountability and influence. The senior team relies on you; the account teams look up to you. You’ll be commercially savvy and understand both the agency’s and clients’ strategic goals. You’ll be managing the team to deliver the best possible work for our clients, and always looking for opportunities to do more projects; supporting KHWS’ vision.

We’re looking for a commercial and strategic account director to lead and develop a team which will be responsible for devising and helping to implement an EMEA e-commerce strategy for one of our biggest clients. This is a new and growing area for us, and as such we’re looking for a team player who has had gained substantial experience in e-commerce channels. The remit of our strategy will include goods and services that support B2C as well as B2B customers, so there is lots of variety for 2018 and beyond…

Job Title: Senior Front-End Developer

The specifics: We’re looking for a Senior Front-End Developer to manage innovative projects and our front-end team. You’ll be working across multiple projects and play a key role in defining our technical offer. We’re looking for technical skill, passion and enthusiasm, great communication skills, and a wish to mentor our more junior team.

Work in 2018 will be:  React-based, we’re creating anti-counterfeit applications, multilingual CMS platforms for large deployments globally, new build learning platforms, an eCommerce platform for a luxury brand, and in-store experiential campaigns.

We have just landed more exciting projects for Q1 2018, and are looking to scale-up the team significantly. It’s an exciting time to join KHWS. We invest a lot of time in our Tech team and have training budgets that we want to fully utilise in 2018.
