Job Title: Account Manager

Brief Job Description: Our ExxonMobil Distributor team are looking for the latest member to join their team; a savvy Digital Account Manager to guide the running of the EAME projects and supporting Global projects from time-to-time.

This is your chance to work with a top global business on a B2B account. Heavily supporting the Account Director, working across a variety of initiatives to support the implementation of marketing, sales enablement and communication programmes that drive user behaviour of target audiences, as well as running email marketing programmes across multiple markets and languages.

Skills & Experience:

  • Impress with your understanding of digital experiences, native & web apps, API’s, user management & CMS platforms etc
  • Able to display your experience of working on digital email campaigns & apps
  • Understand your client inside and out, and manage day-to-day
  • Build the clients trust; gain their buy-in, and develop great relationships
  • Develop understanding of your clients’ business and competitor landscape
  • You will be a super confident presenter, and persuasive to boot

Start: 23rd September – TBC March 2019 (potential to extend).

Note – This is not a writing role.

We’re looking for some superstar Content Coordinators to join one of our key lines of businesses within our biggest account ExxonMobil.

We have a a couple roles live and are aiming to create a small team of experts to work on some key projects that are about to go live.

Supporting the Account Team you will be a pivotal force behind our sites, and vital to the on-going accuracy of content and updates available to end-users. You’ll have a keen interest in digital, with awesome attention to detail, so nothing gets passed you. You’ll be eager to keep the websites and digital tools up-to-date, compliant and on-brand, so they contain the most relevant and accurate content for our clients.

 

What we’re looking for from you:

      • Supporting the account team to deliver required content
      • Contribute to delivering the project on time and budget
      • Basic technical knowledge of the websites and digital products
      • Be the go-to person for all things site related
      • Responsible for managing and posting website content to maximise its impact and effectiveness
      • Take responsibility for full content audits on sites; documenting fully and reviewing with wider team
      • Maintain training and/or compliance materials for others.
      • Always have quality front of mind; excellent attention to detail, you can spot a blip or error in your sleep
      • Review and report on systems performance with support of your team

Job Title: Frontend Developer & .NET Developer

Brief Job Description:Our Tech dept is eight-strong, plus freelancers. Predominantly a .Net development house, but with a team comprising both Front and Back-end Developers, UX, and QA, and growing rapidly. Work has included: a custom umbraco platform for a well-known restaurant chain, we have built and maintained a number of one of the world largest oil supplier’s websites, and we also work very closely with a leading global electronic brand on their TV, Home Appliances, Camera & IT Campaigns.

Work in 2018 will be: React-based, we’re creating anti-counterfeit applications, multilingual CMS platforms for large deployments globally, new build learning platforms, an eCommerce platform for a luxury brand, and in-store experiential campaigns.

We have just landed more exciting projects for 2018, and are looking to scale-up the team significantly. It’s an exciting time to join KHWS. We invest a lot of time in our Tech team and have training budgets that we want to fully utilise in 2018.

.NET Developer
We are looking for a confident .NET Developer, capable of providing vital assistance in the development and delivery of technical projects across multiple channels. Supporting the senior developers, you’ll love working on a variety of cutting-edge projects, both existing and new. You will be comfortable with the fundamentals of developing with .NET, and either be able to work on the simpler development tasks with minimal supervision, or medium-complexity tasks under the guidance of a senior or lead.

Super ambitious and keen to learn you’ll be given room to grow and take ownership of more and more complex tasks as time goes on. Eventually progressing to a Senior Developer as your skills and experience grow.

Skills & Experience:

  • Expert in C# / ASP.NET 4.5, MVC 5
  • Entity Framework 5+
  • Experience in developing with SQL Server 2012+
  • Development using Visual Studio 2013
  • Knowledge of the fundamentals of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (including jQuery)
  • Source control
  • Bug tracking and workflow
  • Code optimization / performance
  • Troubleshooting of back-end / .NET issues
  • Architect and develop efficient server-side technologies for a variety of platforms
  • Be an expert in the architectural implications of both bespoke and CMS installations
  • Develop reusable code and libraries for team use, documenting where necessary
  • Engage with the wider agency on development related communications & demonstrations
  • Review technical proposals, designs and specifications to ensure they can be implemented, proposing suitable alternatives if necessary
  • Work collaboratively with other teams within the agency, including the Front End, Design and QA teams to ensure sound integration between back-end and front-end code

Frontend Developer
We’re looking for a Front-end web developer to strengthen our team. You’ll be working across multiple projects and play a role in defining our technical offering.

You should be a talented mid-weight with an eye to stepping up to senior in the not too distant future. We need technical skill, passion and enthusiasm, great communication skills, and a desire to mentor more junior team members.

Skills & Experience:

  • You will have been working as a Front-end Developer for at least 3 years
  • Front-end technologies – HTML5, CSS3 (SASS & LESS) & Javascript
  • Understanding of build tools such as Gulp, Grunt etc
  • Responsive web design and cross browser development
  • Experience of using React, Angular and/or Vue.js
  • Experience with version control (Git)
  • A thorough understanding of code standards & accessibility
  • A passion for creativity – you’ll love working in a creative environment
  • Someone who keeps themselves up-to-date with the latest development best practices
  • Ability to scope and estimate level of effort for the development of solution features and or functionality

Desired

  • Agency experience
  • Experience in Front-end testing frameworks
  • Understanding of UX
  • Experience with DevOps workflows
  • Familiarity with using/working with CMSs (Umbraco/Sitecore)
  • Experience with working with back-end developers
