Brief Job Description:

As a razor sharp Account Manager; you’re driven to deliver for our clients and passionate about creating award-worthy work. You’ll be super organised, able to manage your time and juggle multiple challenges.

You’ll be interested in the clients business, eager to understand their growth plans and how individual projects ladder up to their broader vision and marketing campaigns. You’ll be growing your commercial and strategic knowledge and learning to flex these muscles.

You’ll be a coordination whizz; so whether it’s writing a solid brief, managing a WIP, or a creating a status report; you can whip them all up with speed and finesse, to simultaneously manage client expectations and help keep the team on track. A true team-player, you’ll be collaborative in nature, and set an example for the junior team who will look to you as a role-model.

Integrated with a digital twist, our projects range from web build and mobile apps to POS, instore and promotional marketing.

What we’re looking for from you:

  • Focus on developing solid client relationships and gaining trust
  • Solid knowledge of your clients projects, so you become indispensable to delivery
  • Develop your skills so you’re comfortable presenting to the client directly
  • Understand the concepts of productivity and utilization and how to manage this
  • Spot and highlight opportunities to be as effi cient as possible
  • Have a solid awareness of the clients growth plans & objectives
  • Support your senior team to write strategic proposals for project work
  • Be a marketing expert across: web dev & delivery, shopper, ecrm etc
  • Understand what behavioural science is and how it can impact on marketing
  • Develop strong relationships with the studio, creative and tech teams
  • Monitor WIPs, status reports, schedules, costs and billing on all projects
  • Learn how to write a strong brief to get the best out of the studio
  • Be able to juggle multiple tasks, deadlines and prioritise
  • Meticulous eye for detail
  • Understand where to delegate, where to manage, where you can add value
  • Help troubleshoot & predict campaign challenges when they arise

Brief Job Description:

A great Account Director is the lynchpin of account management; a super pivotal role with heaps of accountability and influence. The senior team relies on you; the account teams look up to you. You’ll be commercially savvy and understand both the agencies and clients strategic goals. You’ll be managing the team to deliver the best possible work for our clients, and always looking for opps to do more projects; supporting KHWS’ vision.

A true team-player, you’ll set an example and lead from the front. You’ll ensure that we deliver best-in-class account management, day in, day out, and encourage, motivate and cajole your team to get the job done. You’ll be accessible and make smart decisions. You’ll put forward new and innovative ideas; and act as an idea generator for the team.

As you get the most face-time with the client, you’ll be encouraged to feed-back intel and ideas for new projects. You’ll skilfully manage-up, as well as managing the team to deliver consistently great work. You’ll really look out for them, and encourage them to grow and be their best selves.

Brief Job Description: 

Our Tech dept is eight-strong, plus freelancers. Predominantly a .Net development house, but with a team comprising both Front and Back-end Developers, UX, and QA, and growing rapidly.

Work has included: a custom umbraco platform for a well-known restaurant chain, we have built and maintained a number of one of the world largest oil supplier’s websites, and we also work very closely with a leading global electronic brand on their TV, Home Appliances, Camera & IT Campaigns.

 

.NET Developers! What we’re looking for from you:

  • Expert in C# / ASP.NET 4.5, MVC 5
  • Entity Framework 5+
  • Experience in developing with SQL Server 2012+
  • Development using Visual Studio 2013
  • Knowledge of the fundamentals of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (including jQuery)
  • Source control
  • Bug tracking and workflow
  • Code optimization / performance
  • Troubleshooting of back-end / .NET issues
  • Architect and develop efficient server-side technologies for a variety of platforms
  • Be an expert in the architectural implications of both bespoke and CMS installations
  • Develop reusable code and libraries for team use, documenting where necessary
  • Engage with the wider agency on development related communications & demonstrations
  • Review technical proposals, designs and specifications to ensure they can be implemented, proposing suitable alternatives if necessary
  • Work collaboratively with other teams within the agency, including the Front End, Design and QA teams to ensure sound integration between back-end and front-end code

Frontend Developers! What we’re looking for from you:

  • Front-end technologies – HTML5, CSS3 (SASS & LESS) & Javascript
  • Understanding of build tools such as Gulp, Grunt etc
  • Responsive web design and cross browser development
  • Experience of using React, Angular and/or Vue.js
  • Experience with version control (Git)
  • A thorough understanding of code standards & accessibility
  • A passion for creativity – you’ll love working in a creative environment
  • Someone who keeps themselves up-to-date with the latest development best practices
  • Ability to scope and estimate level of effort for the development of solution features and or functionality
