Who are KHWS?

KHWS is a brand activation agency of about 80 people based in the heart of Farringdon, London. 

Still fiercely independent after 26 years, we have retained the agility to adapt to a rapidly evolving marketing landscape that the lumbering agency giants can only dream about.

We’re a bright, lively bunch covering all the disciplines you’d expect (client services, research and insight, creative, and digital development teams). And we’re united by a passion for behavioural science giving our clients a competitive edge.

Ok, let’s cut to the chase

Our ExxonMobil Commercial team are looking for the latest member to join them; a savvy Account Manager to guide the day-to-day running of projects across the whole of Europe, Africa and Middle East and supporting Global projects from time-to-time. 

This is your chance to work with a top global business on a B2B account. Heavily supporting the Group Account Director to help oversee three different web platforms in multiple markets. The successful candidate Day-to-day will support the client in the activation of strategic partnerships with car manufacturers and within the world of motorsports. The role is both strategically challenging, and delivery focused which means you will be working closely with our in-house team of PMs, Strategists, Creative team and Developers on a wide range of online (and sometimes offline) projects.

What we’re looking for from you:

  • Impress with your understanding of digital experiences, native & web apps, API's, user management & CMS platforms as well as email marketing
  • Strong analytical skills are essential
  • Able to display your experience of working on digital email campaigns & apps
  • Understand your client inside and out, and manage day-to-day deliverables
  • Build the clients trust; gain their buy-in, and develop great relationships 
  • Develop understanding of your clients’ business and competitor landscape 
  • Be super-organized, one step ahead, always planning for what’s around the corner
  • Know how to write a sharp and engaging brief
  • Be on top of your estimates & track budgets
  • Create and monitor timelines, delegate tasks and be responsible 
  • Be an awesome manager; look out for your team and mentor juniors
  • Be in tune with the world outside; impress with your knowledge of digital trends and competitor B2B campaigns
